(Create Task) Skeleton Coast.

WALT: Question while reading to help further understanding of the text.

Task description: Well last week this was supposed to be our task but we were doing other literary work to finish off. This is a Create Task that our teacher has told us to do and work on. It is about (Skeleton Coast). I have got some of the information from a site, and I put down three things I have learned from the article.

Anzac Extra Blog post (task)

WALT: Use prior knowledge to gain a deeper understanding of a text using specific vocabulary.


  Task description: So we are doing a Extra blog post which means that we have already did our work but this is just for fun or something we could do after our work. What I did in my Extra Blog post, We had to pick a story out of the School Journal which was about the first world war in 1914-1918.  The story I have picked is, "Chunuk Bair". In my opinion I have put down all the information I had gathered from the book into the slide show I have made. Hope you enjoy!

Māui dolphins

WALT: Recognise words and phrases that "show" not "tell".

Task description: We read the book Māui and did a task for it, we had to answer questions and see if it is correct. We also did a show don't tell and we had to show what was happening in the picture and create a different picture by showing it in words. We even created our own task to do and it was related to the book Māui.
